This is the front garden last year in July - the grasses and heather, along with Olearia, Eleagnus and Comprosma bushes make for structure in winter, along with the Chaemerops palm in a pot. Perennials such as Kniphofia, Gazania, Helenium and variegated Lysmachia give colour in spring and summer. Species tulips flower early, and in summer bulbs of Tritelia provide touches of blue in summer. |
